Marlie did not finish cosmetology school and immediately start taking clients. She spent three years assisting and training first — one of those years working directly under Caroline in a private mentorship that very few stylists ever get access to.

Before Marlie ever touched your hair independently, she had already seen hundreds of real consultations, grow-out plans, and color corrections up close. She knows the 904 approach from the inside out because she learned it from the person who built it.

For the client who wants beautiful, low-maintenance color that is designed to grow out without drama — Marlie gets it. She has watched that process hundreds of times and now she builds it herself.

Caroline built 904 Balayage on one belief: your stylist should be thinking about your hair before you ever walk through the door. She developed the 904 approach; color designed to grow out beautifully, built around your lifestyle, and never requiring you to live at the salon. Then she hired and trained a team she trusted to carry that same standard.
